Shipping Methods

At Mi’Amors Boutique we hope that you will love everything you buy from us, we acknowledge good service which means good business and we take pride in providing great customer service and satisfaction. We take pride in sending you only high-quality products in excellent condition. WE examine all of our merchandise before it ships out.

Order Processing

Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day

Standard shipping- will be processed within 3 business days after the order is placed

Standard Shipping is applied to all orders so delivery can be expected within 4-7 business days for orders in the U. S. Standard shipping rates apply

Express and next day shipping is available upon customer request and for an additional fee

Tracking

After product is shipped, you will be provided with a USPS tracking number for your order within 72 hours

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information

USPS charges a fee to make changes to shipping information after processing. This fee will be charged to you

If USPS is unable to deliver your product and its returned to us we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

We do not provide refunds for non-deliverable shipments

You will receive a credit for the cost of your product, which can be used for your next purchase

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Mi’Amors wants to make sure our customers are always satisfied with our products as well as our customer service

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, or damaged items within 5 days of the customer receiving the order

Mi’Amors ONLY accepts returns/exchanges for store credit, NO REFUNDS

Instructions on submitting a Return:

You must contact Mi’Amors (via email) within 48hours of delivery regarding your return

In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in new condition, unworn nor washed in its original packaging (Items not returned in this condition will NOT be accepted and will simply be resent to the customer with shipping charges applied using the original form of payment. )

All items must be returned back to us within 4 days of the customer receiving the order

All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer

All returns/exchanges must be returned through an insured traceable carrier

**Additional shipping rates will be charged at the time exchanges are shipped back to the customer

**Shipping fees are not refundable

***Mi’Amors cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages**
